Pricing FAQ
Yes, always. Our quoted price includes travel to your event location anywhere in all 50 US states and Canada. There are no surprise fuel surcharges, flight fees, or hotel add-ons. What we quote is what you pay.
When you pay via wire transfer, we pass a 10% discount directly to you — on the Trio package, that's $627 in savings, bringing your total to $5,647. We also cover all wire transfer fees, so there are no deductions from your end. Wire transfer is simply the most cost-efficient payment method for both parties.
Yes, subject to availability. Additional musicians are $550 each. We recommend finalising your musician count at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure availability and proper rehearsal time.
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the 70% deposit, as we would have turned away other bookings for your date. Postponements are handled case-by-case and we always try to accommodate date changes where possible.
If your event runs long and you'd like us to extend our set, we offer 30-minute extensions at $350 per extension. This must be agreed on the day of the event. Some evenings, if the night is flowing beautifully and our schedule allows, we may extend at no extra charge — but this is never guaranteed.
Yes, we send a simple digital agreement for all bookings. This protects both you and us — it outlines the performance details, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and our mutual obligations. It takes 2 minutes to sign digitally.
None. Our quoted price is all-inclusive. Travel, setup, breakdown, sound system, and performance are all included. The only additional costs would be optional items you specifically request, like overtime extensions or extra musicians added after the initial booking.
